New Online Training Modules
Magellan is pleased to offer access to a new set of claims training tools for all of our network providers.
Available on the MagellanHealth.com/provider website, the new claims “demos” walk the provider through the steps involved in submitting professional claims to Magellan electronically through our Claims Courier application. The modules present online tours of the claims screens so the provider can learn 1) where on the site to access specific claim information, and 2) where to input their claim data. Pointers within the demos take the viewer directly to the necessary input fields in logical progression.
The Magellan training offers ease of navigation between six related provider claims demos:

Note that you can view the demos in a self-paced manner--with the ability to start, stop, pause or rewind the demos at any time as needed. Also, you can navigate directly to a claims training module of interest instead of viewing the demos in any particular order.
Targeted to our contracted network providers, the claims demos require secure provider login. To access the demos on the MagellanHealth.com/provider website, you should sign in with username and password, click on the Education tab and select Online Training from the drop-down menu.
