Chart Audit Scores Improve

EAP Provider Chart Audit Scores Improve

The results are in – overall Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider chart audit scores have increased from 91 percent in 2005, to 95 percent in 2007. Congratulations to EAP providers for your hard work and dedication to keeping detailed clinical charts.

“The improved scores reflect providers’ willingness to collaborate with Magellan’s ongoing quality improvement program, which is designed to monitor the quality of care provided to our members,” said Christine Leslie, Magellan EAP field network director.
