New Feature Makes Submitting Claims Online Easier
Magellan recently enhanced Claims Courier (our secure, online claim submission tool) to include a member search feature that auto-populates member data. This makes submitting online claims even easier and quicker for you!
You can search for a member, much like you do with our Check Member Eligibility tool, by entering a first name and last name, and the member’s state. With member data auto-populating, you’ll save keystrokes and time. The new feature minimizes opportunities for human error, therefore we hope to see a significant decrease in claims rejecting due to inaccurate member information.
The feature is available when entering a new claim, but is not available for claim corrections.
You can access Claims Courier by signing onto this provider site with your secure username and password, and following the instructions for “Submit a Claim Online.” For more information, view the Claims Courier online demo on this website.
