Providers Should Submit Form Quarterly
To comply with California law on language assistance, Magellan must obtain information regarding your language capabilities, as well as the capabilities of your practice’s office staff and employed providers. For your convenience, the Language Capability Verification Form is now available on this website.
Please return the form promptly in order to help us keep current on language capabilities in your office and to comply with state regulations. If you rely on office staff to communicate with members with limited English proficiency (LEP), you must submit the form quarterly, whether or not you have changes to report.
