website Functionality Added for Group and Facility Administrators
Magellan recently added a new website functionality to allow providers to efficiently maintain staff roster information online. Group and facility administrators now have the ability to not only view a list of providers on their roster, but submit online requests for deletions and additions to their roster.
To manage your roster, after signing in with your username and password, simply click on “Display/Edit Roster” under MyPractice located on the left-hand menu. To delete a specific provider, submit a deletion request with an applicable termination date. To add a provider to your roster, complete all required fields displayed on the “Add Provider” page then click the “Submit” button. A view-only confirmation page will be displayed after submission.
