Now You Can Submit Your Appeals Via E-mail and Fax
We’ve created a new, easier way for you to submit appeals: via e-mail and fax. These new appeals submission methods are part of our ongoing effort to reduce—and eventually eliminate—all paper medical records files. We prefer that you submit appeal requests using one of these two electronic methods, as doing so makes it very easy for us to set up and attach information to clients’ files.
