We Depend on Your Feedback

At Magellan, feedback is very important to us. And while we enjoy receiving compliments from our providers and members, we also want to receive complaints so that we can address them and use that information as an opportunity for continuous improvement.

If you have feedback to share with us, please tell us through the Magellan provider website (under FAQs/Feedback or under My Messages after secure sign-in). Or, you can send a written complaint. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number and as much information as possible regarding the incident, including the steps you have already taken to resolve the problem, and mail it to:

We also encourage you to remind your patients how they can share feedback or file a complaint with Magellan. To do so, tell them they can visit www.MagellanHealth.com/Member, then go to Member Services/Feedback and submit their comments.

We respond to and investigate all provider and member complaints or letters of concern and take action, when appropriate, to correct any problems.
