Cooperating with the State’s Quality Review

As a TennCare provider, you may receive a call from the State's contracted External Quality Review Organization, QSource, to survey you or your practitioners regarding the accuracy of the data that Magellan maintains about the services you provide. The surveyor will ask questions about the populations you serve, your service locations, and whether or not you are accepting new TennCare members.

It is imperative that you cooperate with these surveys, but it is even more important that you always promptly notify Magellan of any practice changes. You may do this by contacting us via this website (sign in and choose “Display/Edit Practice Information”), or by calling a Magellan Tennessee Network representative at 1-800-325-7864.
