Online Training Modules Now Available
Magellan is pleased to offer access to a new set of training tools for all of our network providers.
Available on this provider website, the new claims “demos” walk you through the steps involved in submitting professional claims electronically through our Claims Courier application and submitting other electronic transactions to Magellan. The modules present online tours of the transaction screens so you can learn 1) where on the site to access specific information, and 2) where to input data. Pointers within the modules take the viewer directly to the necessary input fields in logical progression.
Note that you can view the demos in a self-paced manner – with the ability to start, stop, pause or rewind the demos at any time as needed. Also, you can navigate directly to a training module of interest instead of viewing them in any particular order.
To access the demos on the MagellanHealth.com/provider website, click on the “Education” tab and select “Online Training” from the drop-down menu.
