EAP Online Resources Easier to Find
We’ve recently placed links to our EAP provider resources in several different areas of this website, to make locating them even easier for you!
You’ll find a link titled “EAP Information” on our provider home page, in the “Get Information” box. After you sign-in to the site using your secure username and password, this same link appears under “Resources.”
Both links take you to the information contained in our EAP provider handbook supplement, which includes EAP reimbursement information, forms, training modules and more.
In addition, EAP reimbursement information also is found under the “Getting Paid” top-menu item and EAP forms also are found under the “Forms” top-menu item.
