Children & Family Services Registration Now Online
Providers now can view and enter Nebraska Children & Family Services (CFS) member registration information on this Magellan provider website. Just sign in with your secure username and password, then click “CFS Registration” from the left-hand menu, under “My Authorizations.”
You can view new member registration, attest to treatment and create a member’s discharge summary. You also may view monthly turn-around document (TAD) reports for registered services.
You may choose from the following applications:
- Check Registration to see if an nFocus registration has been submitted to Magellan for approval.
- Create/View Discharge Summary to discharge a registered service member.
- TAD Reports to enter encounter data and Family Assessment value.
