Take Opportunities to Provide Your Feedback
To encourage Vermont providers to give us feedback, Magellan is continuing the following efforts in 2009:
- Quarterly Stakeholders Quality Improvement Group meetings
- Quarterly Provider Advisory Board meetings
- Outreach to all high-volume providers to offer face-to-face in-services
- Facility in-services.
