In addition to an updated Magellan National Provider Handbook, updated handbook supplements for providers serving New York Group Health Insurance (GHI) and Vermont members is now online on this website.
Contracted providers serving New York GHI or Vermont members must follow the policies and procedures outlined in these supplements, as well as those in the Magellan National Provider Handbook.
