Provider Satisfaction Remains High
Because your input is vital to improving how we do business, Magellan assesses your satisfaction annually through our Provider Satisfaction Survey. This year, Magellan of Pennsylvania surveyed providers in our clinical network and received positive results.
Overall, providers’ satisfaction with us was 98.4 percent in Lehigh and Northampton counties (combined), equal to the previous year’s figure. Providers’ overall satisfaction with us was 96.4 percent in Bucks County, 98 percent in Delaware County and 98.2 percent in Montgomery County.
