Magellan Draws Providers to Interactive Forums
Magellan Behavioral Health of Florida offered providers an opportunity to meet key Magellan leaders and the CBC Partnership staff—as well as each other—during two provider forums held in late 2009. The interactive forum discussions, held in Miami and Tampa, were attended by more than 50 providers. Each provided an environment for providers to learn more about current billing and service guidelines, as well as processes for levels of care and questions related to them. Magellan staff members from our Florida Network Department as well as our local clinical director, account manager and medical director were in attendance.
