Get Important Tips From Our Provider Orientation
We want to remind all providers to take our Provider Orientation program that offers a comprehensive overview of the role of the Magellan provider. Orientation topics include: your responsibilities as a network provider, how Magellan encourages care coordination and reviews quality, how you can properly maintain your credentialing status, and how you can work with Magellan in submitting claims and receiving payment. The program is helpful for both new and experienced Magellan providers.
To date, many of our providers have found the orientation program to be a useful how-to guide for providing behavioral health care to Magellan members.
