We have established members’ rights and responsibilities that promote effective behavioral healthcare delivery, member satisfaction, and that reflect the dignity, worth, and privacy needs of each member.

- Give members the opportunity to discuss their Rights & Responsibilities with you
- Review with the members in your care information such as
- procedures to follow if a clinical emergency occurs
- fees and payments
- confidentiality scope and limits
- member complaint process
- treatment options and medicatio
Magellan's responsibility is:
- Make available the Magellan Members’
