Magellan Passes Along Vendor Discounts to Providers
At Magellan, we appreciate the cost of running a business and want to help our providers to reduce those costs where we can. As a large company, Magellan’s purchasing power allows us to negotiate discounts with our suppliers and vendors. As such, we are able to pass along discounts from some of these companies—Dell Computers, Staples Office Supplies, HP and Compaq— to help you reduce some of your administrative costs.
Dell Computers
Magellan offers providers a discount on computers, printers and other accessories through our relationship with Dell. You are eligible for discounts from 5 to 10 percent off Dell’s standard retail prices (depending on the warranty you select). Additionally, there is a discounted shipping option, which offers more savings.
To access the Magellan provider discount, go to the Dell Login Page to set up your account. Once your account is set up, you will be automatically directed to the Magellan Affiliates website. The discounts are reflected in the prices listed on this special website. To return to the Magellan Affiliates website later, simply click on the Dell Login Page and you will skip the account set up step automatically. You must pay for any purchases with a credit card.
HP and Compaq Consumer Products
HP and Compaq consumer products—including configure-to-order notebooks and desktops, printers, handhelds, calculators, home servers and more—are available at discounts typically up to 10 percent off. You also can take advantage of national mail-in and instant rebates, coupons and exclusive deals.
To shop online, go to the secure online ordering site, click “Sign Up” and follow the prompts. The registration form will ask for a company code that should already be populated. However, if the company code is missing, enter EP4232. You also can call the sales center at (866) 433-2018 8:30 am to 2:00 am (EST) seven days a week for assistance.
Staples Office Supplies
Magellan gets varying discounts on office supplies through Staples. To take advantage of these discounts, go to the Staples Login Page. Complete the electronic form using customer account number 016266163. Staples will set up your account within two business days. Staples will e-mail a user ID to you once your account is set up.
Once you receive your user ID, you can log on to your account on the Staples website, www.Staples.com, and shop using your credit card. The Magellan discount will automatically be applied to any purchases that you make. The supplies will be delivered directly to your address.
