Florida facilities: Targeted case management and community behavioral health services for D-SNP members
IMPORTANT UPDATE effective June 1
Effective June 1, 2023, Magellan no longer manages the community behavioral health (CBH) and targeted case management (TCM) services for CarePlus Medicare Advantage Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) members.
For changes affecting authorization, eligibility verification and claims submission for these services, view answers to frequently asked questions (PDF).
Magellan will continue to manage all other behavioral health benefits and services covered for CarePlus Medicare Advantage members. The authorization and claims payment process for services that Magellan manages has not changed.
