Access and Sign In

Please email us your birth year and the last four digits of your Taxpayer Identification number so we can verify it in our system.

Accessing services
If you have used the MagellanProvider.com website in the past to access these online applications, you may continue to use the username and password you currently use. Simply go to www.MagellanHealth.com, click on I'm A Provider, and enter your username and password in the sign-in box on the right-hand side of the screen.

If you want to access these online Web applications for the first time and are an in-network provider, you can obtain a username and temporary password by following the online "New User" registration process. To access the "New User" link, go to www.MagellanHealth.com, click on I'm A Provider, then click on "New User," in the sign-in box on the right hand side of the screen. Follow the onscreen instructions to obtain your username and temporary password.

Group providers
Information regarding username and password is being mailed to your group administrator. The Administrator will be able to grant access to these tools to other individuals associated with your group. The first person in the group that logs in and accepts the online administrator requirements will become the designated administrator.

Out of network and ad-hoc providers
All visitors to our site are welcome to browse, read our online newsletters for providers, customers and members, as well access information and resources to a vast array of behavioral health and wellness topics. You also may access our Online TRF and print a copy of the Provider Data Change Form. However, at this time, all other functionality is reserved for our active, credentialed and contracted providers only.
