To be an in-network provider serving these members, you’ll need to follow Devoted Health's processes to become a contracted provider. Call Devoted Health at 1-877-762-3515.
For dates of service through Dec. 31, 2025, follow Magellan's processes. For dates of service on and after Jan. 1, 2026, verify eligibility and benefits, obtain prior authorization, and submit claims following Devoted Health's processes.
