Federal Acquisition Regulation and Agency Clauses

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is a set of rules that govern how the federal government buys supplies and services.  The FAR establishes uniform policies and procedures for all executive agencies to use when acquiring supplies and services. As a contractor for the federal government, Magellan must comply with the FAR and agency clauses. Magellan network providers who offer services to clients under U.S. government contracts also have a contractual obligation to adhere to these regulations.
