US Family Health Plan
Effective Jan. 1, 2026, Magellan no longer manages the behavioral health services for Uniformed Services Family Health Plan (USFHP) at St. Vincents members.
To continue as an in-network provider serving these members on and after Jan. 1, 2026, you’ll need to follow USFHP’s processes to become a contracted provider. To contract with USFHP, send an email request to [email protected] or call 1-800-241-4848.
For dates of service through Dec. 31, 2025, follow Magellan's processes. For dates of service on and after Jan. 1, 2026, verify eligibility and benefits, obtain prior authorization, and submit claims following USFHP’s processes.
