EAP Providers Access Member Referral Packets Online
Magellan's EAP providers view and print EAP member registration packet documents securely and conveniently online from the Magellan provider website. We do not send referral packets via U.S. mail.
This "paperless packet" effort is in support of our ongoing commitment to secure, quick and environmentally friendly access for providers.
How to Access EAP Member Referral Packets
- Sign in securely to www.MagellanProvider.com.
- From your My Practice page, click View EAP Registrations (under My Authorizations).
- After entering one or more search options, click View Details.
- Under Online EAP Registration Packet, click the document links to view and/or print.
Forgot Your Website Sign-In?
Click the Forgot Password? or Forgot Username? links in the Sign-In box if you need to obtain your sign-in information.
Online Functionality
- You may search all your EAP member registrations by date range, and download detailed reports in Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel formats.
- You can view -- or print -- documents, such as the registration letter and the forms that need member signature, such as the Statement of Understanding.
- View EAP Registrations also links you directly to our online EASI form.
Email Notices
Our email notification option, available via My Notifications after secure sign-in, allows you to set and change your email preferences, including frequency of your EAP packet notices.
