EAP Providers Access Member Referral Packets Online
Magellan's EAP providers view and print EAP member registration packet documents securely and conveniently online on our EAP Services portal.
How to Access EAP Member Referral Packets
Get case details and packets for both federal and non-federal EAP cases via the new EAP Services portal.
Go to the EAP Services portal:

Sign in to MagellanProvider.com, select View EAP Registrations from the left-hand menu, then click the red Go to EAP Services button.
OR
- Go directly to the EAP Services portal at provider.magellanhealthcare.com.
Note: you must create/link a new account with multifactor identification, or simply sign in if you’ve already created an account on the portal.
After signing in:

Find the member in your My EAP Cases list, then click on their name or the View EAP Packet link to see case details and packet documents.

Members can request EAP services anonymously; therefore, to register the case and access the packet, you must enter the alias and date of birth they provided. See Magellan’s EAP Handbook Supplement Appendix E, First Responder (PDF), for details.
